FAQs
- Create a post (Post A Project) and send a request to invite Agencies to your project.
- You can send requests out to a maximum of 5 Marketing Agencies, after which, your post is closed to new Agencies.
- Alternatively, if you decide not to send any requests, up to 5 Marketing Agencies can contact you.
- You are matched with clients based on your agency details.
- You can send or receive a request directly to/from clients and communicate with them – this is all we charge for (see Pricing above for leads).
- Communicate as much as you want via the Inbox system, or go off-platform.
- Billing cycles for purchased leads are at the end of each week. You can update billing details in your Dashboard under ‘Billing’.
- To ensure you don’t lose out on leads;
- Toggle your browser/email notifications to ‘On’
- Ensure you add all your service offerings & rates to the Services page.
We provide an in-built messaging platform for smooth communication.
File links can be uploaded via Google Drive or Dropbox.
Clients & agencies both receive project details & contact details including phone numbers & email addresses.
We ask the Marketing Agencies to connect at least one of the following review sites.
